I recently traveled with Air Canada from Vancouver to Fort St. John. On my initial flight, I was not charged any fee for my small baggage. However, on my return journey two weeks later from Fort St. John, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional baggage fee for the same item.
When I explained that I had not been charged for this baggage on my earlier flight from Vancouver, the staff acknowledged that it may have been an oversight at that time. Despite this, I was still required to pay the fee. I also found the behavior of the staff member handling the situation to be unprofessional and discourteous.
I kindly request that this matter be reviewed, including the inconsistency in baggage policy enforcement and the level of customer service provided. I would appreciate your consideration regarding a possible refund or appropriate resolution.
Charging seats (5x) are a joke. 120V sockets are totally loose even though appear brand new. Unusable!

The spicy fusion, so called “restaurant” in this airport is absolutely tearable, the food is disgusting with no nutritional options… and the service is absolutely ABSURD!!! they all have a bad attitude when serving you, hardly clean up any tables & always talking or playing on their phones.
